The House Democracy Partnership - Pursuant to section 104(a) of H. Res. 6, 116th Congress, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Chair removed the gentlewoman from the Virgin Islands, Ms. Plaskett, from the House Democracy Partnership, and appointed the gentlewoman from California, Mrs. Davis, to fill the vacancy.
