The House received a message from the Senate. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 23, 2019, at 10:10 a.m.: That the Senate passed S. 221, S. 439, S. 1029, S. 1309, S. 1434, S. 1608, S. 2096, S. 3147; that the Senate passed H.R. 1424, H.R. 2385, and H.R. 2476 without amendment; and that the Senate passed H.R. 550 with an amendment.

The House received a message from the Senate. Pursuant to the permission granted in Clause 2(h) of Rule II of the Rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Clerk notified the House that she had received the following message from the Secretary of the Senate on December 19, 2019, at 5:17 p.m.: That the Senate agreed to H. Con. Res. 81 and H. Con. Res. 82, and that the Senate agreed to the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 1158.
