Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Commission - Pursuant to section 5 of the Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Commission Act(Public Law 115-77), and the order of the House of January 3, 2017, the Speaker appointed Mr. Harris, MD, Ms. Sylvia Quinton, Mardela Springs, MD and Dr. C. James Trotman, West Chester, PA.

Mr. Frelinghuysen moved that the House agree with an amendment to the Senate amendment.

QUESTION OF CONSIDERATION - The Chair announced that the bill contained an emergency designation pursuant to section 4(g)(1) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 and accordingly, the Chair would put the question of consideration under section 4(g)(2) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010.
