ADJUSTED WHOLE NUMBER OF THE HOUSE - Under clause 5(d) of rule 20, the Chair announced to the House that, in light of the administration of the Oath of Office to the gentleman from California and the gentleman from Wisconsin,the whole number of the House is 432.

ADMINISTERING THE OATH OF OFFICE - Representatives-elect Mike Garcia and Thomas P. Tiffany presented themselves in the well of the House to take the Oath of Office administered by the Speaker of the House.

Tiffany was elected Representative to Congress for the Seventh Congressional District, State of Wisconsin.

Lean, Chief, Elections Division, California Secretary of State, indicating that, according to the preliminary results of the Special General Election held May 12, 2020, the Honorable Mike Garcia was elected Representative to Congress for the Twenty-Fifth Congressional District, State of California.
