The House received a communication from Michael Francis, Veterans Liaison, Office of Rep. Frank A. LoBiondo. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mr. Francis notified the House that he had been served with a subpoena for documents issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he would make the determinations required by Rule VIII.
