Mr. Barr moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill. H.R. 2740 — "To posthumously award a Congressional Gold Medal to Rabbi Michoel Ber Weissmandl in recognition of his acts of valor during World War II."

The Speaker announced that votes on suspensions, if ordered, will be postponed until a time to be announced.
