UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was on the Speaker's approval of the Journal and put the question de novo.

Considered as unfinished business. H.R. 6901 — "To amend chapter 36 of title 44, United States Code, to make certain changes relating to electronic Government services, and for other purposes."

UNFINISHED BUSINESS - The Chair announced that the unfinished business was the motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 6901, as amended, which was debated earlier and on which further proceedings were postponed.

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of November 30.

The Speaker announced that the House do now recess. The next meeting is subject to the call of the Chair.

ONE MINUTE SPEECHES - The House proceeded with one minute speeches, which by direction of the Chair would be limited to 5 per side of the aisle.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Chair designated Mr. Gianforte to lead the Members in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

SPEAKER'S APPROVAL OF THE JOURNAL - The Chair announced that he had examined the Journal of the last day's proceedings and had approved it. Mr. Rodney Davis demanded that the question be put on agreeing to the Speaker's approval of the Journal and by voice vote, the Chair announced that the ayes had prevailed. Mr. Rodney Davis objected to the voice vote based upon the absence of a quorum and the Chair postponed further proceedings on the question of the Speaker's approval of the Journal until later in the legislative day.

Today's prayer was offered by the House Chaplain, Rev. Patrick J. Conroy.

The House convened, starting a new legislative day.

A resolution expressing concern over the disappearance of David Sneddon, and for other purposes. (11/29/2018 legislative day)

A resolution expressing support for the designation of the week of November 19 through November 23, 2018, as "National Family Service Learning Week". (11/29/2018 legislative day)

A resolution condemning Russia's provocative actions in the Kerch Strait against the Ukrainian navy. (11/29/2018 legislative day)
