JOINT SESSION - The House convened in Joint Session with the Senate for the purpose of receiving an address from the President of the United States on the subject of the state of the Union.

The House convened, returning from a recess continuing the legislative day of February 5.

Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe - Pursuant to 22 U.S.C 3003, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Speaker appointed the following member of the House to the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe: Mr. Hastings.
