Board of Visitors to the United States Merchant Marine Academy - Pursuant to 46 U.S.C. 51312(b), clause 10 of rule I, and the order of the House of January 3, 2019, the Speaker appointed the following member of the House to the Board of Visitors to the United States Merchant Marine Academy: Mr. King of New York.

Amendments en bloc offered by Mr. Quigley, comprised of the following amendments printed in Part B of House Report 116-126 as en bloc No. 1: Nos 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, 31, 37, 38, and 39.

The House resolved into Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union for further consideration.

Considered as unfinished business. H.R. 3351 — "Making appropriations for financial services and general government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes."
