MORNING-HOUR DEBATE - The House proceeded with Morning-Hour Debate. At the conclusion of Morning-Hour, the House will recess until 12:00 p.m. for the start of legislative business.

The Speaker designated the Honorable Jody B. Hice to act as Speaker pro tempore for today.

MOMENT OF SILENCE - The House observed a moment of silence in memory of the victims of the tragedy in Kansas.

Upon examination of the resolution, the Chair determined that the resolution did not constitute a question of the privileges of the House.
