NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO OFFER RESOLUTION - Ms. Linda T. Sanchez notified the House of her intent to offer a privilege resolution. The Chair subsequently announced that under rule IX, a resolution offer from the floor by a Member other than the Majority Leader or the Minority Leader as a question of the privileges of the House has immediate precedence only at a time designated by the Chair within 2 legislative days after the resolution is properly noticed. The Chair further announced that it would not, at that point, make the determination required by the rule.
