Mr. McCaul moved to suspend the rules and pass the bill, as amended. H.R. 3359 — "To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to authorize the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes."

WHOLE NUMBER OF THE HOUSE - Under clause 5(d) of rule 20, the Chair announced to the House that, in light of the resignation of the gentleman from Arizona, Mr. Franks, the whole number of the House is 432.
